Orders over €150 will be shipped via a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) service and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the order reaches customs. It is up to the person receiving the package to cover these charges, unfortunately these charges are out of our control and can vary greatly from country to country, so we cannot predict what they will be. For more accurate information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
If the recipient refuses the goods, or if delivery is not possible because the wrong address or telephone number of the recipient has been provided, costs will be charged for the delivery and return of the goods and customs clearance. The amount will be deducted from the value of the goods to be refunded.
Terrace items are only available for delivery to the UK. International delivery options are not available at checkout if any of these items are in your basket.

EXTRA INFORMATION
Pre-order – Pre-Order products or products that are out of stock at the time of ordering will be shipped in the period indicated on the product page. Please note: Orders with both pre-order and non-pre-order items will be shipped when the last item is available.
Credit card checks – Sometimes we have to perform additional checks on your credit card, which may delay your order.
Personalized items – For shirts with personalization, it may take an additional 3 business days before they are ready to ship.
PO Box addresses – Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or freight addresses
BFPO address – We are currently unable to send items to British Armed Forces Post Offices (BFPO).
