This year’s Amazon Prime Day sale runs from Tuesday, July 16, to Wednesday, July 17, and promises big discounts on everything from laptops and Apple devices to coffee makers and headphones. When do Prime Day TV deals start?
Amazon has confirmed that this year’s Prime Day sale will run from Tuesday, July 16 through Wednesday, July 17. The sale traditionally begins at midnight and will last for 48 hours, giving you plenty of time to shop for deals.

The TV deals we expect on this Prime Day
Prime Day is a chance to buy a new TV for less, especially if you’re looking to shop around for a model from last year. As newer models hit the market, retailers often slash prices on older models to clear out inventory, so that’s where the best deals usually hide.
Expect to see some deals on 4K and OLED TVs this year, from top brands like LG, Samsung and Sony. Yes, you have to be a Prime member to access Prime Day deals. The sale was meant to encourage shoppers to sign up for Prime, Amazon’s subscription service that offers benefits like unlimited next-day shipping and access to streaming services like Prime Video and Amazon Music.
Signing up is easy. Amazon Prime costs £8.99 per month, or you can save by paying the annual subscription fee of £95. New users can take advantage of a 30-day free trial of Amazon Prime, giving them access to the flood of Prime Day deals on July 16.
