The leak to end all leaks: Glorious new Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 images in all colors

If you previously thought you’d seen everything Samsung plans to reveal at its massive Unpacked event on July 10, a series of new Evan Blass leaks on Substack may prove you haven’t actually seen anything yet.

While there are clearly no new and never-before-seen devices pictured here, these fresh images of the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 show the two upcoming foldables in completely unprecedented detail and unparalleled quality in a total of seven paint jobs ( between the two).

Without further ado, we give you…

The Z Fold 6 in all its glory!

Have you ever seen anything more beautiful than that pink-coated new book-style foldable? Granted, the shading could probably be a tad more vibrant, but we suspect Samsung didn’t want to risk overstepping the invisible tackiness line.

The ‘silver shadow’ shade, meanwhile, is admittedly a bit dull and instantly forgettable, but that’s where the Navy comes into the picture, aiming to turn the heads of those who might be unimpressed by the visual qualities of the aforementioned pink color scheme. ..pretty obvious reasons.

Of course, today’s glorious high-resolution renders also put the spotlight on the Galaxy Z Fold 6The redesigned rear-facing camera lenses are second to none, and so are the sharper edges of that huge primary screen, creating an overall boxier look than that of the rounder Z Fold 5.
Whether you like this revised aesthetic or not ultimately depends on everyone’s personal taste and sense of style. The Z Fold 6’s much-hyped specs look objectively repetitive and disappointing:

  • 6.3-inch secondary Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with support for 120Hz refresh rate and 2376 x 968 pixel resolution;

The Z Flip 6 is stunning in yellow, mint, blue and silver

Yes, this unannounced Android-powered clamshell looks familiar. Terribly known. Almost completely unchanged compared to last year’s Galaxy Z Flip 5. But is that really so bad when the Z Flip 5 happens to be objectively one of the most beautiful mobile devices in the world?

These “ev-leaked” new images offer a resounding “no” to that question, revealing an undeniably gorgeous, modernized flip phone with a large, rounded primary foldable screen, a large and decidedly convenient cover display in the shape of an old-fashioned phone folder, revised dual rear cameras with large bezels around them, and an unchanged side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Could Samsung have deviated from the general design language of the Z Flip 5 to produce an even sleeker and more beautiful Galaxy Z Flip 6? Maybe, but sometimes it makes more sense not to try to fix what isn’t broken, and instead focus on delivering the next spec sheet with quite a few meaningful upgrades over time Galaxy Z Flip 5:

  • 50MP primary rear camera with f/1.8 aperture;
  • 12 MP secondary ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture;
